Order Picking Redesign
Moved an e-commerce warehouse from batched paper pick lists, where every item was handled three times, to barcode scan-to-bin picking. I owned the requirements, adapted a legacy location system, tested with real order data, reported bugs to a remote engineering team, and trained the warehouse staff.
Picking errors dropped about 80%, the separate sorting step was eliminated, and new pickers were productive in hours instead of days.
Warehouse Ops Agent
An inventory assistant for a warehouse shift supervisor, built over a simulated distribution center. It answers short-pick and stock questions from live data, proposes replenishment tasks that a supervisor must approve, and explains cycle-count discrepancies with evidence. Shared business rules (valid source locations, quantity limits, no duplicate tasks) validate every task before it's created.
A 23-case evaluation suite caught a tool-selection bug; the fix raised measured accuracy from 93% to 100%.

A terminal UI for watching a single process's CPU, memory, and disk I/O in real time — think htop, scoped to exactly one process. Includes a fuzzy-search process picker and live sparkline graphs with configurable refresh rate.
Refreshes as fast as every 250ms and flags slow memory leaks with a ±MB/hr trend badge.
